very good condition, does not look used, cotton canvas type fabric, bright graphics...about 28" long not counting neck strap...across at waist ties about 20" with each tie being about 28"........unpacked weight  4 oz

.......................Almost all the items I sell are used. I try to find any defects in an item and mention them in the listing, but occasionally I do miss something. If there is a problem with an item you have received from me, please let me know and I will do what I can to remedy it. I do not take returns unless there is a major fault or issue. As the items are used, there may be a tiny hole in the armpit, or a tiny pull or something like this. I dont accept returns for these issues, this is normal use and to be expected in a garment that is vintage or has been worn. If I do accept a return, I do not pay return shipping, that is the responsibility of the buyer. Also if I do accept a return, there will be a 20% re-stocking fee.  I will not accept a return on any seasonal item for any reason, seasonal being an item specifically for any holiday, the holiday being specified in the title of the listing as in "halloween" or "xmas".  I am glad to answer questions to clarify any uncertainty you may have about condition, etc. I also take many pictures for each listing and usually they indicate condition better than any description.
