Rare 1940's MEXICO 10K Gold Sterling Silver ENGRAVED mens watch [handmade]

Here was a nice find [see photos] the watch al all handmade solid sterling silver with rose gold accents shows wear to the gold probably would stand out more cleaned up has kept good time so far but would recommend service.
Age: 1940s?
Gender: believe it was made for a man but would look nice with any gender
Case: solid sterling silver with rose gold accents
Size: 22mm wide without crown 35mm long with lugs
Movement: mechanical swiss [hand winding]
band: with watch will fit a small wrist 6 1/2 inches other band is 6 inches so will make the watch and band about 7 1/2 inches
