    Description

This is a group of six pieces of correspondence between the Lewis & Clark Centennial Director of Admissions and the Portland Cordage Co. regarding the rental of a space at the Expo.  They are all dated in April, 1905 and include an Assignment of Space No. 122 in the "Manufactures, Liberal Arts & Varied Industries Building."  Mr. Henry E. Dosch signs the letters from the Expo and S. M. Mears has signed the letters from Portland Cordage Co.  They are authentic historic documents and are all in complete, legible condition with some edge and corner bumps and tears that don't interfere with the content.
