Helpful Tips:
1: Before each use, please install the phone first, then turn on the gimbal. And please take out the phone after the gimbal is off.
2: It is recommended to remove the phone case before installation.
3: Please balance the phone with gimbal before powering on it, since the balance of the phone has a significant effect on the power duration of the gimbal.
4: The gimbal is a precision electronic device, please do not bump it.
5: Smart XR phone stabilizer is compatible with mainstream IOS and Android phones on the market, applicable for phone with size 4-7.2 inches. Maximum payload of 0.55lb.
6: Focus and zoom control needs to be used in conjunction with the iSmart Go App.
7: Mobile phones need to be paired with Bluetooth sent by aochuan gimbal to support shooting with the phone's original camera.
8: Some Android mobile phones can't use with Hitchcock/Slow motion/Multi-lens function.
9: Adapter plate is needed to purchase separately for support sports cameras.
10: If the battery can not be fully charged all the time, the solution: it's recommended to use 5V 2A as the charging head, and charge when it is off.
