1889 Paris World Fair Fashion Designer Posters . Condition is Used. 13 posters in all. Presumed to have been submitted for judging at the 1889 Paris Exposition Universalle (World Fair). This was the year they celebrated the opening of the Eiffel Tower. The prints are on a heavy stock stiff paper. All have previously been displayed by using thumbtacks, etc. Thus, frayed in the corners and along the margins. The paper is obviously faded and discolored. The artist is noted on each page.
